Notes for Skippers:

  • Friday morning briefing and Bridge opening times for both directions to be confirmed closer to the date - weather and tide depending.
  • Be aware of Lawrence Ferry Cables
  • Carry sufficient fuel in the event of wind and tide turning against us.
  • Being a long weekend berths at Maclean, Brushgrove and Harwood pontoons may be in short supply so come prepared to raft up or anchor up.

Please RSVP as soon as you can and no later than Friday 19th of September

Skippers - please advise if attending and how many crew you can accomodate - including day and/or overnight it is envisaged that not all crew will be accomodated on board and so will need to book accomodation at each stopover.

Crew -  please advise if you have already spoken to a Skipper and have made arrangements already on a particular vessel and which vessel that might be - or if you are otherwise  hoping to be accomodated on a vessel.  As always we cannot guarantee crew positions as will be dependent on Skippers and availability however we will do our best to find you a spot if we can.  Best advice to RSVP early or speak to a Skipper directly to arrange a passage then let us know if you have a prearranged crew spot.  You may wish or be required to book on land accomdation as onboard accomodation may not be available.

Road Cruisers - please also RSVP if planning to attend via road - so we can confirm catering arrangements at each stop.
