2022 Annual General Meeting

Hello Members,

The club's Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday 13th July 2022 in the club rooms at 10.00 AM.

The business of the meeting is;

1/ Confirm the Minutes of the preceding annual general meeting and of any special general meeting or general meeting held since that meeting.

2/ To receive from the Executive Committee reports on the activities of the club during the last preceding financial year.

3/ To receive and approve the financial statements in respect of the previous financial year.

4/ To elect members of the Executive Committee for the ensuing year.

5/ To transact any other business on the agenda submitted by the Executive Committee or by any member, notice of which has been received by the Secretary at least 21 days before the date of the meeting.
